The problem

Reselling runs on group chats and screenshots. Wholesalers, resellers, delivery agents and regional managers each need a different view of the same order — and none of them have one.

The approach

Four applications over one shared spine.

  • GoVendor — wholesalers list stock.
  • Bigplug — resellers browse that stock and share it onward.
  • Agent — order pickup and delivery.
  • Manager — location-based operations across the network.

Each app is a different role's window onto the same order lifecycle. The hard part is not any single app; it is the state machine underneath all four, and keeping four clients honest about it at once.

What I owned

All four surfaces, the shared data model, role-based access across them, and deployment. Django and PostgreSQL on the server, Next.js on web, React Native and Expo on mobile.

Interface

  • Reseller setting their own markup on a wholesale product
  • Wholesaler creating a new listing
  • Pickup location capture for delivery agents
  • A reseller storefront, shareable by link
  • Wholesale catalogue
